ABOUT ME…
I am a General Experimental Psychologist, graduated from the University of Florence (2010).
I completed an Executive Master in Human Resources Management “HR Specialist & Management” for the enhancement of human resources, training, coaching and people management (2014).
I am registered with the Order of Psychologists of Tuscany (2015).
I specialized as a Psychotherapist at the Institute of Humanistic-Bioenergetic Psychotherapy
“Psicoumanitas” chaired by Prof. Antonio Loiacono (2019).
During my training I had the opportunity to learn and deepen relaxation, meditation and mindfulness techniques which are excellent allies for psychophysical well-being and very useful during therapies.
The humanistic orientation I have chosen, inaugurated by A.H. Maslow, is aimed at developing the need for exploration, self-realization and expression of one’s identity and personality.
On a therapeutic level, this approach involves the contamination, among others, of various psycho- physical techniques deriving from bioenergetics.
Bioenergetics, thanks to the work of W. Reich first and the intuitions of his student A. Lowen, aims in particular to free the expressive and spontaneous “movement” hidden behind the defensive armor that each of us often forms to survive .
This is why this approach pays particular attention to the psycho-corporeal and emotional blocks that have developed over time and aims, with therapy, to dissolve accumulated rigidity and tensions that generate physical and psychophysical disorders, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders and addictions, promoting a healthy emotional development of the person, a free manifestation of oneself and one’s unexpressed energy.
Too often we are victims of physical and existential discomforts that we don’t know how to give a name to, we don’t even know where they originated from and we lose the key to the problem without being able to understand how to get out of it.
The path I propose aims at a deeper knowledge of oneself, to better understand the nature of one’s discomfort and to promote awareness of oneself and one’s functioning in order to explore, try and find alternative solutions to one’s behaviors.
The therapy is valid for individual, couple and group paths.
Possibility of following a psychotherapeutic path also in English and French.
